Contest Terms & Conditions
ROCKU 10th Anniversary Contest Draw:
The ROCKU Yakiniku Malaysia - ROCKU 10th Anniversary Contest Draw (“Contest”) commences from 29 July 2024 and ends on 18 October 2024 (“Contest Period”).
ROCKU Yakiniku Malaysia (“Organiser”) reserves the rights to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice.
Grand Contest draw entry will end at 11:59pm on 11th October 2024 or any date determined by the Organiser at its sole and absolute discretion and all entries received thereafter shall be automatically disqualified.
Live Grand Contest Draw will be held on 18 October 2024 or any date determined by the Organiser at its sole and absolute discretion at ROCKU Yakiniku Sunway Pyramid (“RCSP”).
This Contest is open to all Malaysian residents except the permanent and/or contract employees of CPIFC (“Employees”) and its affiliates and their immediate family members i.e., spouses, children, parents, brothers, and sisters (“Immediate Family Members”); and the Immediate Family Members and affiliates of the Organiser, including all related companies, service providers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, agents, sponsors, business partners, distributors, dealers, vendors engaged by CPIFC and its affiliates (including but not limited to advertising agencies, promotion agencies, printing companies and event management agencies).
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Patrons stand a chance to enter the grand draw by spending a minimum of RM150.00 (10% service charge & 6% service tax included) and above in a single invoice (receipt) throughout the Contest Period.
Scan the QR code on the board for registration through the online Google form.
Complete the online form through https://www.rocku.com.my/anniversary by filling in all the empty fields and submit the same accordingly.
One (1) invoice (receipt) entitles the participant to submit one (1) contest entry only by registering online.
The participants will not be eligible to join the contest if the purchases made have been cancelled or refunded due to whatsoever reason.
All participants shall retain the original invoice (receipt) dated within Contest Period that matches the online entry as proof of purchase for verification purposes.
Participants may submit as many online entries as they wish but each entry must be accompanied with the required details and separate proof of purchase for each entry.
Participants are not allowed to submit/send more than one (1) online entry with the same proof of purchase.
Any invoice (receipt) that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately contains printing typographical, mechanical, or other errors or the printing is unclear or does not contain the required information shall be deemed invalid and will not be accepted.
The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute discretion and rights to disqualify such invalid invoices (receipts) and the participants shall not hold the Organiser responsible for the same.
The Organiser will not reimburse any costs or expenses incidental to the Contest incurred by the participant due to whatsoever reason.

The Organiser reserves the absolute rights to substitute any prize(s) with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable in any other form for whatsoever reason.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All the above 20 prizes will be drawn on the Grand Lucky Draw day at ROCKU Yakiniku Sunway Pyramid outlet tentatively on Friday, 18 October 2024.
The eligible Grand Draw Winners will be selected by the management of the Organiser.
The Grand Draw process will be shown live on social media for all to witness.
Each participant is only allowed to win one (1) prize and one time throughout the Contest Period. Hence upon winning one (1) prize, all other submissions by the same participant shall be automatically deemed invalid.
The Organiser will announce all the winners on social media platforms.
All prizes drawn on 18 October 2024 must be redeemed by 31st October 2024 at RCSP only, failing which the prize shall be forfeited.
The Grand Prize validity will be six (6) months. The travel period is from 1st November 2024 to 30th April 2025.
The Organiser shall provide the available travel dates, and the Grand Prize winner shall choose from those dates provided by the Organiser only and inform the Organiser of the desired travel date two (2) months in advance. Notwithstanding that the travel date shall be subject to availability.
The eligible winners will be contacted via telephone/ Instagram direct message/ Facebook direct message/ email from ROCKU Yakiniku Malaysia for prize collection and the eligible winners will be required to share a copy of the invoice (receipt) for verification purposes. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner and thereafter select the next qualified participant in the event the invoice (receipt) provided is invalid.
Should the first attempt to contact the eligible winner fail, i.e. no reply, telephone number not in service or no connection, etc, phone call not answered after two (2) attempts, the Organiser reserves the rights to disqualify the eligible winner and thereafter select the next qualified participant.
The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatsoever reason.
Winner MUST present NRIC upon prize collection from the designated ROCKU outlet: at ROCKU Yakiniku Sunway Pyramid by 31st October, 2024.
The Organizer reserves the rights disqualify the any eligible winner who fails to provide the required documents for verification purposes,
All prizes are given on an “as is where is” basis in the state and condition as at the prize collection date.
The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or websites.
Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any accident, injury, damage or claim resulting from the participation of this Contest.
All Participants shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this ROCKU 10th Anniversary Contest Draw.
By participating in this Contest, all participants consent to give their personal information and the Organiser reserves the rights to publish, use the winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser.
The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the participant. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by the Organiser and is used to fulfil the participant’s request(s).
By submitting the participant’s personal information, the Organiser deems that permission is given to the Organiser and/or its authorised agents to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the participant informs the Organiser that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the Organiser will respect the participant’s request. The participant’s information will not be provided or shared with other companies for their use.
By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the official Terms and Conditions herein and decisions of the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the rights to amend, delete or add to the Terms and Conditions herein without any prior notice at any time the Organiser deems appropriate and the participants shall be bound to such changes and deemed to have agreed to the same.
The Organiser’s decision shall be final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by the Organiser will not be entertained.
In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the other versions of the Terms and Conditions herein, the English version shall prevail.
The Contest Draw Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. The Courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions,
